First Bus

A number of years in the making, the First Bus uniform refresh needed a robust internal communications plan to excite, create anticipation and inform their 18,000 colleagues on all aspects of the new uniform; what it looked like, the new design features, as well as how and when the new look would arrive.

A twelve-month creative campaign was put into place. Print collateral was distributed at specified intervals to each depot on the run up to the launch, and a series of videos screened through all internal communications channels was produced to heighten anticipation throughout their teams.
